Steps to become DUDU driver:

1. Sign up in this Google form.
2. Submit documents below to WhatsApp 018-293-5060.

3. We will review, apply EVP, and register driver account.
We will provide DUDU driver account, this will take 5-10 days.

I already have EVP from other platform/company, do I still need another EVP from DUDU?
Yes, and the EVP is exclusively for DUDU CAR SDN BHD only.
Will cancelling bookings affect my ratings?
Yes, cancelling rides after accepting the order will affect your rating. If drivers accept and cancel three rides in a row, there will be cool down period.
Where do DUDU operate?
We currently only operate within Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur.
Do you operate in other states?
Not yet, we plan to expand to Penang and Johor Bahru next around end of 2026/beginning of 2027.
What are DUDU, RICH, and SUPER-RICH?
These are different tiers of DUDU Car, DUDU is standard, RICH is plus, SUPER-RICH is premium.
How do you calculate the fare price?
Our pricing calculation is based on distance and time.
Do I only receive booking request from my tier?
SUPER-RICH drivers can receive SUPER-RICH, RICH, and DUDU ride requests;
RICH drivers can receive RICH and DUDU ride requests;
While DUDU drivers can receive DUDU ride requests only.
How much can I earn?
We can’t provide an exact number now as we are still capturing the market.

How much is platform commission?
We currently only take 10% platform commission.
Do I need to download driver app?
No, we use the same app for drivers and users. Driver account will be provided by DUDU Car.
What is PSV?
PSV is a vocational driving license required by the government to drive e-hailing legally.
How to get PSV?
Drivers can get PSV license from driving school that provide PSV program.
I don't have an electric vehicle, can I still drive for DUDU?
Currently we require driver to own an electric vehicle in order to become DUDU's driver.
Why e-hailing insurance is required?
E-hailing insurance is required because normal car insurance don't cover driver's losses during ride hailing.
Do DUDU rent out EV?
We do not have leasing program now.
Can I use company car?
No, you can’t use company registered car in general.
Do I need to inspect the car at PUSPAKOM?
If your car is less than 3 years old, you don’t need to inspect the car at PUSPAKOM.
Do I need to change my road tax after becoming an e-hailing driver?
For the e-hailing first time driver, you can use the current (AB/AD) until the next road tax renewal date and convert to (AH).
