FAQs
How far ahead?
Schedule rides 3 hours to 7 days through the DUDU Car Malaysia app.
What is cancellation policy?
Cancel 1 hour before scheduled time with no penalty; plans can change freely.
Can I change pickup location?
At the moment, you are unable to change pick-up location after ride is requested. You may need to cancel and rebook the ride.
Are rides on time?
Drivers are required to arrive 5 minutes before scheduled time, or not be later than 5 minutes after scheduled time.
Are there extra fees?
Toll prices are not included in fare price, passengers can discuss with driver which route to go. There will be waiting fees if passenger did not show up within 10 minutes after scheduled time.
